Bridge your needs with an experienced Fractional CTO
Strategy - drilling in on the why and when is almost always more important than the how.
Process - process shouldn't mean moving slowly, but should mean discipline and predictability.
Recruiting - hiring (and retaining) tech talent is hard, but having done it many times sure helps!
Best Practices - benefit from perspectives gained from dozens of other projects and companies.
Mentoring - everyone benefits from having someone to bounce ideas off of, and your best players tend to crave it.
Heavy Lifting - always happy to pitch in with architecture and coding.
